Chair yoga is an adaption of mat yoga. Yoga means union between mind & body; so chair yoga is a gentle, accessible means by which anyone can benefit from breath mastery & meditation which uses simple postures for those whom find it hard to balance when doing floor yoga or have disabilities or other challenges.
