Moods can be managed by plotting mood & using key strategies to generate th you want to achieve at that moment.

In 2009 Dr. Liz Miller published ‘Mood Mapping’. This groundbreaking book presented a powerful strategy for bringing happiness into peoples lives. It’s key premise is that two aspects fundamentally affect your mood; energy and positivity.
It follows that you can enhance your mood, from depressed or anxious to happy or peaceful, by taking action to improve energy and/or your positivity.
Knowing that positivity and energy are your levers for mood improvement, what actions can you practically take?
You're feeling depressed and you want to feel happy, but how? One approach might be to do a physical activity like going for a bike ride, another might be to connect with friends.
You're feeling anxious (maybe you're worried about losing your job) and you want to feel peaceful, but how? One approach might be to go for a massage, another might be to explore gratitude by counting your blessing!
There are many many actions that can help, although you need to take account of your constraints, such as health or wealth, and consider whether the action is feasible, or maybe you need to address your constraint.
By plotting your mood on a daily basis you can gauge the benefit of different courses of action. Some actions may have little or no effect, whilst others have a spectacular effect, plotting this is vital to building your Mood Management Plan; you need to know what works for you.
